We had our first cooking class for the fall on September 22 and it was a smashing success.  Marjorie demonstrated focaccia bread.

Here’s a review of the class:The cooking classes at the Olalliebrry  Inn gave me insights that I could not have gotten any other way. Watching the process taught me the importance of preparatiion,,critical timing, and other tips you don’t get from a recipe.  I especially enjoyed the warm, charming atmosphere of the Olallieberry  Inn. Looking forward to more classes!
