Cooking Classes
Olallieberry Inn – 2015 Cooking Class Schedule
Please join us for an extra special event ... cooking classes based on our popular recipes served to guests here at Olallieberry Inn. It is a fun way to learn. And the fruits of your labor? Simply delicious.

January 26 (Monday) – Gayle Jenkins from A Matter of Taste will be the guest chef.  I am sure everything will be delicious!
February 23 (Monday) – Winter comfort foods – some casseroles, some soup, a good bread, and a delicious dessert.  Definitely come with an appetite.
April 6 (Monday) – Pasta dishes.  Kathryn Clayton will show us how to make noodles.  I will be making a great French bread for garlic toast and a tiamisu dessert.
May 11 (Monday) – Let’s get ready for summer with some great summer dishes – salads, fruit, desserts and probably a good bread recipe.

• Cooking Class registration is $40 (includes eating whatever is demonstrated and a send home goodie).
• Class starts at 11am and ends by 1:30pm.

"Marjorie: Thank you so much for your always make it very fun and informative. I really enjoyed this lunch especially the Cherry Pie Bars...I have kept a binder of all your recipes and use them often." - Debbie

"We all had so much fun and thoroughly enjoyed the class. My mom said it was amazing that even the really good cooks in the bunch even learn quite a bit of new stuff. The food and atmosphere was so good. We might make this an annual adventure!! I was so excited to see the measuring cup at the little cooking place in Cambria, I had to get it for you. Glad your sister caught the big difference in the cost of the class. Thank you again." - Karen

"The cooking classes at the Olallieberry Inn gave me insights that I could not have gotten any other way. Watching the process taught me the importance of preparation, critical timing, and other tips you don't get from a recipe. I especially enjoyed the warm, charming atmosphere of the Olallieberry Inn. Looking forward to more classes!" - Eunice Wilson

"Marjorie Ott is Cambria's addition to Cooking School personalities. She conducts her culinary classes with a combination of expert advice and spontaneous, witty commentary. Samples of the daily cooking fare and artfully presented lunch platters punctuate the lively presentations." - Fay Kennedy, enthusiastic student
