Agenda: Focaccia Bread – It’s a yeast bread that is
so simple to make, it’s unbelievable. Great for panini’s
and sandwiches. Also makes a great hors d’oeuvre when topped
with carmelized onions, walnuts, & blue cheese. And there
are many more topping ideas.

Agenda: Pumpkin – So many great things to make with pumpkin
– I’ll show you pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin bread, pumpkin
bread pudding, pumpkin cheesecake – and they are all easy
to make.

Agenda: Cranberries – Tis the season! We’ll make Cranberry
sauce, cranberry duff, cranberry pumpkin upside down cake and
maybe more.

Agenda: Ricotta Cheese – How about delicious ricotta cheese
pancakes and ricotta cheese muffins. I’ll even show you
how you can make your own ricotta cheese.

Agenda: Brioche Bread – It’s time to revisit the brioche.
I have a better recipe and will show you lots of delicious items
– sticky buns, cinnamon swirl bread, coffee ring among other
goodies.
All
classes will begin at 11:00am and end no later than 1:30pm. The
class fee includes a brunch that will include an item that I will
be demonstrating; and will include a baked product that you can
take home.
